I don’t know how many of you have spent any time at a State Fair but it’s been a while since I have. It’s not that things are so much different now, but having an exhibit and spending the many days at the Fair Grounds- 17 all told – you gain a completely different perspective. You start seeing the same people, whether they’re other exhibitors, food and drink vendors or even fair goers. Soon, everyone just starts looking alike! Everyone dresses the same and even sounds the same! Speaking of dressing the same, a guy manning an exhibit booth near us – who shall remain nameless – wore the same Kaki shorts and tee shirt every day we saw him! Maybe I should give him the benefit of the doubt and consider that he washed them a lot or had a wardrobe of the same clothes. Either that or he happens to be colorblind! I’m certain that I wasn’t the only one who noticed.
